Here at Granddads Homestead you will find our rates to be very competitive. Our season runs from June 1-October 1.   We offer many options and feel that you will find one to meet your individual needs.

Housekeeping/Cleaning:  Your bunk house will be cleaned thoroughly before you check in.  We will not be cleaning your cabin during your stay, however let us know if you would like clean towels, bedding or your trash to be removed.  We will be happy to take care of that for you.  

Payment Policy:  At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation.  Final payment is due the day you arrive at Granddads Homestead Ranch.  Bookings made less that 45 days prior to arrival date must be accompanied by full payment.  We accept Travelers Check or Cashiers Check. 

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of your arrival date will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be given for cancellations less that 30 days notice prior to a confirmed arrival date.  In situations where reservations must be cancelled, we encourage you to reschedule your visit, rather than cancel.

Your Safety:  At Granddads Homestead Ranch, your safety is always top priority.  When you arrive we will assess your riding level.  This is strictly for your safety.  In doing so, you will be provided with an experience in which you will surely enjoy.  Every horse and rider will develop a sense of security and enjoyment which comes from developing a bond between the two of you. 

NOTICE:  When you ride at Granddads Homestead Ranch, you agree, in advance, to abide by all decisions made by personnel with regard to safety concerns.  You also understand that participating in activities which involve animals come with inherit risks.  You will be riding at your own risk.
