Here at Grandads Homestead you will find our rates to be very competitive. Our season runs from June 1-October 1.   We offer many options and feel that you will find one to meet your individual needs.

Housekeeping/Cleaning:  Your bunk house will be cleaned thoroughly before you check in.  We will not be cleaning your cabin during your stay, however let us know if you would like clean towels, bedding or your trash to be removed.  We will be happy to take care of that for you.  

Payment Policy:  Payment is due the day you arrive at Grandads Homestead Ranch. Reservations may be guaranteed with a  Travelers Check or Cashiers Check.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in more than 10 days of reserved dates will be fully refunded less $10 per person per night. In  situations where reservations must be cancelled, we encourage you to reschedule your visit, rather than cancel.

NOTICE:  When you ride at Grandads Homestead Ranch, you agree, in advance, to abide by all decisions made by personnel with regard to safety concerns.  You also understand that participating in activities which involve animals come with inherit risks.  You will be riding at your own risk.
