Our guest can choose to stay in one of two newly remodeled bunk houses, located directly east of the original homestead house.
Preachers House
Here you can enjoy staying in a newly remodeled house that was built for the preacher to stay in. It is equipped with wireless internet, satellite T-V, two single beds, table and chairs,comfortable chair, micro-wave , refrigerator and coffee pot. Off this room is a private bathroom with shower. Guests enjoy sitting on the deck facing the the west and the beautiful view of the rocky mountains and gorgeous Colorado sunsets. Guest Rates are $65 per night double occupancy, $10 per each extra person.
Bunk House
The Bunk House was where the hired hands slept and is decorated "Cowboy Style." You will find two full sized beds, table and chairs, refrigerator, micro-wave, and comfortable arm chairs, free Wy Fi and satellite TV. Off this room is a private bathroom with shower. Both bunk houses have their own front porch where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful Colorado sun rises and sun sets each day. Guest rates are $75 double occupancy per night. $10 for each extra person.
